Kebijakan ini menjadi tolak ukur untuk kesejahteraan dan keadilan ekonomi Negara. Tujuan diadakanya kebijakan fiskal mengubah dan meningkatkan perekonomian suatu Negara. Islam mengharuskan kebijakan ini untuk kesejahteraan dan keadilan masyrakat. Beberapa Perinsip yang kemukakan Ulama dalam Islam: Tauhid, Rub-Biyyah, Khalifah, dan yang terahir perinsip Tazkiyah, tetapi yang lebih utama menggunakan dua prinsip kebijakan fiskal yaitu perinsip penerimaan publik dan perinsip pengeluaran Negara. The subjects of the study are the owners, employees/drivers, and consumers/business partners of Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK). Sampling uses the Snow Ball Sampling technique because it can expand the research subject. The purpose of this study is first, to find out how the implementation of the ijarah contract in online motorcycle taxis Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK). Second, to find out whether by joining as a partner of online motorcycle taxis bangkalan can increase income. This research was conducted at the Home Base Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK) located at Jl. Letnan Singosastro Gang 3 No 1 Kraton Bangkalan. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation, while checking validity using source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. So it come to the conclusion. first, the implementation of the ijarah contract at Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK) has fulfilled the pillars & conditions of ijarah, namely consumers rent services from Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK), and then pay wages/ujrah according to its provisions. Second, based on interview results partners who joined with online motorcycle taxis Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK) there are 45 stalls/shops, which are in the Bangkalan area. There are several advantages and disadvantages in joining as a partner of online motorcycle taxis Abang Courier Bangkalan (ABANK), which can facilitate the process of delivering orders and can promote goods online on delivery services and advertisements using social media, both whatsapps or instagram. While the disadvantages are not including a list of fares on ABANK Passenger services, not including a list of shipping costs on social media when ads are published, it become an anomaly in society about how much food is sold. In this case, there is potential harm to consumers in terms of comfort and satisfaction, but there is no material loss. Because no party is harmed, and both parties are willing and ridho, then the ijarah contract that is carried out is legally valid. However, a syariah hotel is not merely about the label; there needs to be clarity on its specifications and criteria to avoid it becoming solely a business commodity. Unlike Islamic financial institutions that have established operational standards, syariah hotels do not have universally defined operational standards set by Islamic bodies such as MUI (Indonesian Ulema Council) or the Department of Religious Affairs. This is a point of ongoing debate in society.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><em>This research focuses on the application of halal tourism services in hotels visited by tourists, whether they adhere to syariah principles or not. The objectives of this study are: a) to analyze the management concept of syariah hotel services from the perspective of halal tourism standards at a syariah hotel in Bangkalan, and b) to analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of management standards for syariah hotel services from the perspective of halal tourism standards at a syariah hotel in Bangkalan.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><em>This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis follows Miles and Huberman's model with the following steps: data reduction, data display, and verification.</em></p> <p> </p> <p><em>The research findings are as follows: a) The implementation of standardized halal tourism service management at the syariah hotel in Bangkalan complies with syariah principles in its services, as classified under the regulations, particularly Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No. 12 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Operation of Syariah Hotels. The hotel has adjusted its operations since its establishment in anticipation of MUI certification. b) Supporting factors for the implementation of syariah hotel services in Bangkalan include its strategic location and adherence to syariah principles, reinforced by regulations or policies set by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy No. 12 of 2016 regarding Guidelines for the Operation of Syariah Hotels. This research was conducted at home convection in Paterongan village. The type of research in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods based on the results of observations and interviews using Sugiyono's analysis techniques. The results showed that home convection in compensating employees there are two forms of compensation, namely direct compensation and indirect compensation. Direct compensation is given in the form of salaries and bonuses. While indirect compensation in the form of allowances including lunch allowances and holiday allowances. The basis of the principle of fairness in compensation is explained in Mondy's theory, the Qur'an and Hadith, and raises Dessler's opinion. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence both partially and simultaneously on the sharia competence, creativity, and motivation factors on the performance of employees of the Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Jombang cooperative. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach.</em> <em>The population used as the object in this study is the employees of the Tunas Artha Mandiri Syariah Jombang cooperative. The sample determination method uses a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated method where the entire number of respondents is taken in its entirety, with a total sample of 50 people in TAM cooperative employee. Furthermore, the respondents' data was analyzed using data analysis techniques including validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. So this causes a gap between the possible acquisition of ziswaf. This study aims to determine the implementation of the BSI Mobile application in ziswaf payments and also to determine the analysis of the BSI Mobile application in Ziswaf payments on the efficiency of BSI KCP Sumenep customers. In this study using qualitative methods, namely the case method by conducting a direct survey of spaciousness with relevant data sources and using observation techniques, interviews to the authorities, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the BSI Mobile application provides significant benefits for customers in ziswaf payments. BSI KCP Sumenep customers prefer to make ziswaf payments online rather than directly to mustahiq or al-mauquf ‘alaih. So that the BSI Mobile application is said to be efficient in Ziswaf payments because it meets three aspects of efficiency indicators, namely: 1) achievement of goals as expected; 2) Savings; 3) maximizing the use of all resources owned.</em></p> <p>Masyarakat muslim di Indonesia pada tahun 2023 yaitu 240,62 juta jiwa dan potensi dana ziswaf pada tahun 2023 saat ini mencapai 217 triliun akan tetapi realisasi ziswaf di Indonesia tidak sampai 1% dari potensi zakat yang ada. Sehingga hal ini menyebabkan kesenjangan antara kemungkinan perolehan ziswaf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi aplikasi BSI <em>Mobile</em> dalam pembayaran Ziswaf dan juga untuk mengetahui analisis dari aplikasi BSI <em>Mobile</em> dalam pembayaran Ziswaf terhadap efisiensi nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sumenep. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yaitu metode kasus dengan melakukan <em>survey </em>langsung kelapangan dengan sumber-sumber data yang relevan dan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara kepada pihak yang berwenang, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan data <em>reduction, </em>data <em>display, </em>dan data <em>conclusion. </em>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi aplikasi BSI <em>Mobile</em> memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi nasabah dalam pembayaran Ziswaf. Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sumenep lebih memilih untuk melakukan pembayaran ziswaf secara online daripada secara langsung kepada <em>mustahiq </em>atau <em>al-mauquf ‘alaih</em>. The purpose of this study is to analyse the influence of FinTech lending and consumptive attitudes on students' lifestyles. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach to students from various universities in Jombang. A total of 200 respondents were selected through purposive sampling technique, namely those who have used FinTech lending. The data was analysed using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, both independent variables, namely FinTech lending and consumptive attitude, have a significant influence on students' lifestyle. The implications of this study emphasise the importance of students' awareness of the impact of using FinTech lending and their consumptive attitude. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan manajemen BMT untuk senantiasa beradaptasi dalam menjawab tantangan dan fokus pada konsep pemasaran (berorientasi pasar) dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat agar mampu menjaring sebanyak mungkin pasar atau anggota guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan secara keseluruhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu Untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh persentase bagi hasil terhadap peningktan jumlah nasabah pada deposito di BMT NU. Serta Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh persentase bagi hasil terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah pada deposito di BMT NU. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode <em>non probability Sampling </em>dalam menentukan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, karena jumlah responden kurang dari 59 reponden.. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hiotesis penelitian yaitu menggunkan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini adalah yang pertama hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 8,951 lebih besar dari pada T tabel denga nilai 2,002, sedangakan nilai signifikannya sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari pada 0,05. Artinya terdapat hubungan pengaruh signifikan antara persentase bagi hasil (X) terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah (Y) pada Tabungan Deposito Sajadah di BMT NU Cabang Bangkalan. Sedangkan nilai koefisien R square sebesar 0,584 ada hubungan pengaruh antara persentase bagi hasil (X) terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah (Y) dengan nilai sebesar 58,4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diketahui.
